From shyness to transformational training coach

Rich Oceguera wasn’t always someone that spoke up for himself. As an introverted kid, he suffered from shyness and found himself being the one who was always picked last in any childhood game. That kind of trait doesn’t get left behind in childhood, it impacts one’s life well into adulthood.
