Even solopreneurs can’t do everything alone. We get to a point where we need support. Over the past 3 years, I have built up a band of rock stars to help me rock my business. Each band member that I have brought on contributes to the success of my band. This is why I want to teach you how to build your own band of rock stars. On this episode of Solopreneur Money, we are kicking off the Building Your Band series. You won’t want to miss it, so press play to get started.
Over the next several episodes we will focus on a different aspect of building your band. You’ll learn how to look for signs that it is time to grow your band, when to add a rock star to your band, how to find the right fit for your band, and how to lead your band. Lastly, we’ll contemplate whether you really want to bring your spouse into the band.
I am so excited to share this series with you. You’ll get to meet members of my band and other professionals that help us examine the myriad things to think about when you realize that to build a successful business, you can’t do everything yourself.
