How I found my first rock star

Vicky works for a firm called Total Office Incorporated. This company helps match financial advisors with the right virtual assistant to meet their needs. Total Office was referred to me by an advisor friend. Vicky started working with me slowly by helping me with emails and light office work and then she quickly eased right into my business. Once I realized all she could do our relationship really took off. Now she can set up custodians and develop workflows and processes.

Vicky’s expertise can help me in many ways

In addition to managing my office, Vicky manages several other financial advising offices. During her time in this niche she has noticed that although we all use the same systems, each advisor is different in how they utilize those systems. Since she has seen so many different ways to use these systems she can also advise her clients on how to most effectively use them.

Do you use a VA? How does your virtual assistant help you stay on track?

Communication is key

Vicky has noticed that effective communication is the key to building relationships. She makes sure to get to know her clients and their customers as professionals as well as people. She understands how important it is to communicate well to build a band of rock stars.

Have you started building your band of rock stars? Once you find the right members of your band there is no limit to what you can accomplish.
